USPS policy shows that either of us can do this. If the (insured) item arrives damaged due to poor handling by USPS, a claim should be filed at the post office. I do not accept returns for earrings for hygienic reasons. It must be in the original, unworn condition. I will issue a refund when the item is returned. Please include the gift box and any packing materials, if applicable. I highly recommend USPS shipping with insurance coverage, which includes a tracking number.
